Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids shall be submitted on the official Bid Form furnished with the bid package and those submitted
otherwise will not be considered or accepted. Although any addenda issued will be transmitted to all
prime bidders who request bid documents, it shall be the Bidder’s responsibility to make inquiry as
to any Addenda issued in accordance with LA 38:2212. C(2)(a). Each proposal must be
accompanied by a bid security, which may be a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond, for an
amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Bossier City,
Louisiana. An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price along with
a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder
