Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The TPA will provide a paperless administration for the WCP. The WCP has specific Claim/RTW/Safety guidelines/best practices for claim handling that shall be utilized; the guidelines are attached; 2. The TPA shall provide real time, immediate web access to claims and management reporting at no charge to the WCP. All claims will have available location codes to accept up to a minimum of 20 characters; 3. All paper and electronic claims file/medical management files, including but not limited to all imaged documents, will be the property of the WCP in the event of a change in the TPA and shall be electronically transferred to the new TPA at no charge to the WCP. Please confirm that you will comply with a reasonable transition period, which shall be designated by the WCP;
