Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Strategy Development: • Conduct an in-depth analysis of current digital presence and discuss objectives to tailor a customized approach. • Develop comprehensive content strategies for marketing and social media channels managed by both departments. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. 2. Content Creation and Marketing: • Research and develop engaging and relevant content tailored to the target audience(s). • Manage content distribution. • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery working closely with both departments to compliment larger communications plans. • On-site support for events including but not limited to Founders’ Day, alumni events, Commencement, President events, etc. 3. Social Media Management: • Manage daily postings and interactions with followers. • Manage in-the-moment content related to events, new initiatives, legislation, and unanticipated University needs. • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms when appropriate to boost attendance/response. • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
