Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP has been issued by the University of Kentucky to obtain proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound and responsible firms. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit service providers to respond with a proposal for implementation services for several ServiceNow modules; including, but not limited to GRC, Security Operations, Application Portfolio Management, Cloud Management, and Employee Documentation (HR module). The response to the proposal should also include an audit of modules currently implemented and configured in the University of Kentucky HealthCare (UKHC) instance. Additionally, UKHC IT seeks guidance on current adopted ITIL policies, processes and procedures. The UKHC enterprise is implementing the Epic Electronic Health Record System. The implementation partner will also suggest best practices for the use of ServiceNow in a Healthcare setting. The proposal should include Epic specific integration to create, work, and close records within the UKHC instance of ServiceNow. The partner will audit the currently installed and configured modules. They will ensure the UKHC production instance of ServiceNow are setup based on documented best practices, using technical and physical resources efficiently, and is designed to work well with all other modules within the ServiceNow platform. The partner will provide training options for modules implemented as part of this RFP for ITSM team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), and/or super users.
