Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor should demonstrate specific experience in performing sponsorship, naming and pouring rights and consulting services for public venues, comparable to the nature, size and scope of properties operated by Kentucky State Fair Board. B. The proposers should demonstrate the capacity to understand the goals and objectives of the facility. The ability and skill to solicit potential sponsorships, naming rights, and pouring rights. Expertise in sponsorships, naming and pouring rights C. The contractor shall develop and implement a sponsorship, naming and pouring rights strategy for selecting sponsors for Kentucky State Fair Board. Strategies must include but need not be limited to the following as necessary: a. Conduct an inventory of marketing assets and business development opportunities and prepare a valuation of such opportunities. b. Development of naming rights and other sponsorship packages.
