Specifications include, but are not limited to: # Pre- employment physical exam (including verification of ability to lift up to 50 pounds) for all employees who have been given a conditional offer of employment for positions requiring sustained levels of physical activity: o LET Instructor o Logistics Branch o Information Systems Branch o Other sections as deemed necessary by DOCJT leadership # Hearing test within first 6 months of employment and annually (with results due to the Human Resource Representative within the first quarter of the year, annually) for staff in the following sections: o Firearms o Critical Skills o Other sections as deemed necessary by DOCJT leadership # Blood test within first 6 months of employment and annually (with results due to the Human Resource representative within the first quarter of the year, annually) for staff in the following sections: o Firearms o Critical Skills o Other sections as deemed necessary by DOCJT leadership # Vision Testing as deemed necessary by DOCJT leadership # Fit-for-Duty Exam as deemed necessary by DOCJT leadership
