Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Serve as a partner to the M&C office at NKU; 2) All hi-resolution art files produced and created by the agency for NKU become the property of NKU M&C and will be provided to the university upon completion; 3) If contacted by anyone at NKU outside of the M&C department, the partner should re-direct that employee back to M&C and alert the contact in the M&C department of the conversation; 4) Follow the brand standards/guidelines provided by NKU; 5) Communicate regularly through projects with the assigned internal project manager; 6) Provide one point of contact/relationship manager for the NKU account; 7) Provide an estimated length of time that could be expected for each potential project; 8) Agree and align on billing procedures and amounts at inception of the partnership; 9) Provide detailed information for each project on separate project invoices; and, 10) Respect the confidentiality of any marketing strategy discussion held between the agency and the university.
