Specifications include, but are not limited to: Athletics is looking to install removeable riser systems on the south end of L&N Stadium on the field that will provide up to 68 luxury seats for fans to watch Louisville football games. These risers should be a minimum of 18 inches and a maximum of 24 inches off the ground. The depth of the riser should be no less than 7 feet and no more than 8 feet. The 68 Camatic Activa Sport Series seats that will be mounted to the platforms, should be finished in GMT Gray, have hard shell plastic seat and back outer, lift up arms, cup holders, tilt seats with flex backs and have seat ID’s and a Cardinal Bird head embossed on the back of each seat, are to be mounted in pairs of 2 and 4 combinations on the 4 platforms. Final color selection to be done with athletics prior to order. A total of 74 seats are to be provided. The seating layout should provide for an isle behind the seats on each platform for guest and concessions movement. The aluminum decking will be covered with green turf that can be sourced through Carpet Specialists, Inc. at 2101 Stanley Gault Parkway, contact is Chris Duncon. Final turf selection to be determined by athletics. The decking should also have sound deadening under spray to the bottom of the decking for guest comfort. The platforms will have railings that start at field level and are no more than 29 inches tall above the final deck height. The rails will have 3-inch-thick pads that will have brackets to allow them to be hung off the railings. The pads will have padding mounted to ¾ inch thick treated plywood. The vinyl will be black and will also cover the back side of the pads. Padding can be sourced through Field Wall Pads a division of Sports Graphics. The contact is Dustan Coons. On the seating side of the platform rails, there will be a 10-inch-deep counter made of aluminum or starboard for guest use. This counter will run the entire length of each platform. The platforms located out front of sections 117 and 120 will have decks and stairs that allow guests to have access via the stadium stairs down to the platforms. A platform with railings and the appropriate number of stairs (with railings) down to the platform deck height are to be provided. On the opposite ends of the platforms there will be stairs with railings providing access to the field level with gate access off the end of the platforms. The platforms located in front of sections 126 and 127 will have access stairs with railings from field level to deck level at the north end of each platform. There will need to be gate access on the south end of the platform located in front of section 126 to accommodate a wheelchair lift access. 2 inch * 6 inch treated lumber may be needed as runners under each leg of the platforms to allow for greater stability on the turf
