Specifications include, but are not limited to: Empty all wastebasket and trash containers. Containers washed as necessary to maintain a neat appearance and minimize odors. Replace plastic liners. Clean all entry doors, and entry area glass, and walls, in all areas (including the mirrors in the fitness room) Sweep and dust all non-carpeted areas. This includes offices, hallways, drivers lounge, recreation lounge, fitness training room, vending area, locker area, etc. Clean all tables, chairs, and counter spaces in drivers lounge Wipe down and sanitize fitness equipment Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms with paper and soap products. (This includes floors, commodes, sinks, shower stalls, urinals, all entry/exit doors, mirrors, soap dispensers, stainless steel, spotting of walls, trash and sanitary receptacles). All surfaces must be free of dirt, stain and residue.
