Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a system that will hold an unlimited number of personnel/applicant files. Each individual’s record should have different levels or folders that contain different information. (i.e. evaluations, applicant information, salary history, I-9, health/confidential, certificates/licenses, payroll, insurance, etc) The system should be user friendly and easily accessible via the internet. Likewise, the system should maintain the capability to allow the district flexibility in naming options for specific folders and file storage locations. 2. Host and maintain the system’s hardware and software including automatic updates. 3. Have the ability to accept/retrieve personnel files and information from the current/previous HRIS (Frontline Recruiting and Hiring) to the new HRIS. Duplicate files for an individual should be able to be easily combined into one file. 4. Provide a system with the ability to post jobs for applicants and search jobs that are currently and previously posted. The system should provide the ability to easily search for applicants based on job or qualification. 5. Provide a system that will allow an applicant to apply with ease, upload resumes and cover letters. Applications should be able to be completed and viewed efficiently using mobile devices.
