Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to administer compliant, online, internet-based anti-harassment and non-discrimination trainings for both employees and students. The trainings should specifically address Unlawful Harassment Prevention, EEO Laws and Discrimination Prevention, Title IX Awareness and Violence Prevention, VAWA and Clery Act education for approximately 4,988 employees, including student workers. The University is also interested in a mandatory training for the approximately 16,500 students in the general student body which meet Title IX and VAWA requirements on violence recognition, prevention training, and awareness related to sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. The trainings must meet the requirements of Kentucky Government Code Section 12950.1, commonly known as Assembly Bill 1825 (AB 1825), which mandates two hours of sexual harassment and non-discrimination training once every two years.
