a. Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing units that are to be replaced. Crane service to be included in bid. b. Contractor to verify size of units, electrical voltages, and roof repair in the event new curb adapters are needed. c. Contractor to comb out air conditioner condenser fins as listed on spreadsheet. Units are numbered accordingly. d. Contractor is responsible for electrical, gas, and thermostat hookup to all new units. e. Contractor shall install replacement units that match existing unit specifications in cooling and heating capacity. f. Contractor shall bid both 410 A refrigerant units and 454 B refrigerant units for cost comparison and availability. g. Contractor shall be responsible for new curb adapters if required. h. Contractor to replace 42 gravity roof ventilators 18” in size on building 1, Building 2, and Building 3 i. All new units shall have hail guards. j. Contractor shall install new electrical whips for replacement units. k. Contractor shall install new condensate drains. l. Contractor shall install new digital thermostats and thermostat wire for replacement units. m. Contractor responsible for all damage to roof and landscaping that occurs during removal/installation of units. n. Contractor shall provide pleated filters for new units. o. Contractor responsible for startup testing of new units which shall include both heating and cooling.
