Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All products must be a high quality product and must conform to the regulations established by Kentucky Statutes as well as those of the Food and Drug Administration. B. Bread deliveries must be made in the vendor’s clean delivery trucks and handled with care by uniformed personnel C. All bread (bakery) products shall be delivered to state agencies at a proper temperature. D. All bread (bakery) products shall be packaged in clean bags that are free from tears or objectionable odors. They shall not show signs of being crushed or of any other abuse. They must be well sealed and completely and clearly identified using acceptable imprinted identification. E. All products shall be free of odors, flavors and/or colors foreign to the applicable product.
