Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bowling Green City (hereinafter referred to as the City) is requesting proposals for general Third Party Administrator / Administrative Services Only (TPA/ASO) services, pharmacy benefit management services, and stop loss coverage for its health benefit plan. The City currently purchases administrative services from Meritain Health and stop loss coverage from HM Life with stop loss coverage in place through 6/30/2019. Stop loss quotes are being requested for illustrative purposes. The City presently has 460 covered employees and a total of over 1,100 covered lives on its plans. The City has one medical plan for employees and dependents, referred to as the City of Bowling Green Employee Benefit Plan – 1000 Plan. The reference being to the single deductible amount.
