Specifications include, but are not limited to: removing the existing frame and grate and building a support structure for the frame/grate to sit on. It is important that the structure doesn’t impact the water capacity of the drainage system. ; an area of approximately 37 sq. ft. of concrete entrance pavement will need to be removed and re-poured to match existing depth (Area highlighted in attached image). Once the frame/grates are reset, the curb portion of the frame should be adjusted to match the adjoining curb. Replace any damaged lugs/washers as necessary. Replace any damaged curb/gutter adjacent to the grate openings. Grouting any pipe coming into the chamber that isn’t currently grouted would also be necessary. Any disturbed areas will require reseeding and straw and is considered incidental to this repair.
