Specifications include, but are not limited to: Generate and disseminate electronic roommate agreements; Provide professional staff with the ability to monitor resident completion of training modules and requirements (e.g. roommate agreements); Generate and display community maps that include the ability to show the overall status and history of rooms and/or individual residents; Allow for the proposal and assignment of events; Provide the ability to create micro-surveys and disseminate via text or email; Must be compatible with the University’s current single sign-on software for system access, CAS (Central Authentication System); Provide a staff scheduling capability; Provide a reporting capability that generates standard duty reports and allows for generation of customized and/or ad hoc reports Provide permissions-based access for at least 120 professional staff. (Suppliers should detail how their system access can be tailored to grant permissions across the University’s housing enterprise)
