Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The solution shall include an Accounting Software application to manage service and financial data related to prevention, wellness, and public health activities. This cash basis system shall interface with existing applications based on the guidelines presented in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Upon implementation of the selected solution and or services, DPH AFM and the sixty one (61) Local Health Departments (LHD), located throughout one hundred and twenty (120) counties will have the ability to manage financial accounting services related to public health in Kentucky. The project requirements shall be organized and prioritized into the following components: 1. Contracts and Payments Management 2. Financial Management 3. Personnel and Payroll Management Capitalizing on the latest technologies, the selected solution shall provide for efficient and reliable support of automated functionality for Contracts and Payments Management, and Financial Management Services. Additionally, the Vendor shall provide a Personnel and Payroll Management module, with the capabilities to integrate with the Contracts and Payments Management and Financial Management modules. The amount of historical data that may be converted shall be agreed upon by CHFS and the Vendor. The Vendor shall work with the Commonwealth to identify a complete list of data elements from the legacy systems in preparation for possible data migration.
