Specifications include, but are not limited to: GIS integration service (i.e. Middleware Solution) to perform a data aggregation, preparation and maintenance solution that is configurable to the needs of the end user, the individual PSAPs, whom have a wide range of GIS knowledge and local resources to perform the required tasks. Currently there are 115 certified PSAPs. ; A user-friendly interface for both GIS and non-GIS trained personnel shall be required to perform data submittal, review validation results and perform quality control corrections. ; Data should be submitted via a web interface to the Middleware Solution who in turns performs quality control (QC) review in regard to geospatial integrity and dataset formatting. One-on-one tutorial and coaching for each PSAP may be required to conform individual submittals to meet the national standards as published by NENA. The vendor may accept GIS data from PSAPs in a format that does not meet established formats and use internal processes to standardize the data into an acceptable product.
