Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Establish and maintain a comprehensive network of testing sites to ensure applicants
seeking employment in a test designated position at the RVC and a test designated
employee employed at RVC who provide care, treatment, or support services to a resident
of the facility are to report when a drug or alcohol test is required for employment
or continued employment. Collection site must be able to collect urine sample and
breathalyzer to be forwarded to the contractor’s lab for testing. Contractor at collection sites
shall have their staff require all persons required to provide a urine specimen for testing
present a picture ID before a sample is collected.
2. Main testing site must be within 20 miles of facility with daytime Monday through Friday
hours. Must have after hours and weekend site available within 30 mile radius that can
provide the same service as primary site. Additional collection sites may be added during
the term of the contract.
3. Must provide the facility a list of names selected from active employee register for random
drug testing. The random drug test list will need to be sent monthly.
