The Procurement Division of the City of Bowling Green is seeking an intuitive and easy to use eProcurement solution. This solution will be used by the 10 departments that make up the operations for the City of Bowling Green. The ideal solution would capture the end-to-end tasks that are involved in competitive solicitations, both on the Procurement (commodities and general services) and Contracting (professional services) sides of the house. The e-Procurement Solution shall include the following components at minimum: 1. Vendor portal 2. Solicitation development 3. RFx draft 4. RFx posting 5. RFx submissions 6. RFx evaluation 7. Reports 8. Training 9. Support desk services The ideal solution would be one that includes all the tasks and services under a SINGLE solution and not as a combination of software applications. As much as possible, all tasks will be completed within the solution and would not require exiting the solution to perform functions. This includes staff and supplier communications, document development, document posting, evaluations, dashboards, reports and other e-Procurement related tasks.
