Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide with the experience, skills, and the innovation in conducting a Gap Analysis and Assets Mapping for (MARC) Mid-Atlantic Regional Collaborative in partnership with Northern Virginia Community College, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the lead agency for this procurement, herein and thereafter referred to as the”College”. For ease of reference, those firms submitting a response to this Request for Proposal will hereinafter be referred to as an “Offeror”. An Offeror whose proposal would result in a formal agreement will hereinafter be referred to as a “Contractor”. Proposals will be accepted from qualified firms as defined herein.
