Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Louisville is currently accepting proposals to develop and design a new web site and develop a database for nursing home education. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct a fair evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate best fitting the grant objectives. Host a website for the university on behalf of a Federal agency and 6 states in the Southeastern U.S. The website will be password-protected and contain pdf and video content as well as live links to outside resources. Monthly reports of user usage is required with user specificity derived from account set-up by the university. We anticipate approximately 2500 unique users. Password change will occur every 6 months and automatic notification of password expiration and change needs to be sent from the website. Server maintenance disaster recovery and system backup are expected. Virtual helpdesk services will be provided by the University of Louisville.
