The University of Kentucky seeks to engage a travel agent to manage travel arrangements for the University of Kentucky’s Donor/Fan travel. The selected travel partner will be responsible for providing air charter transportation to the University’s official travel party including the K Fund Donor trip. Additionally, the travel partner will have the exclusive option of providing travel packages to post season play. The selected travel agent shall provide the following services: Conduct fan travel per request of UK Athletics and depart from and return to Lexington Bluegrass Field Airport. Preference is to travel on a Boeing 737 with a large reputable carrier. Game tickets may be made available for travel packages based on availability after Donor Trip RSVP deadline has passed. The selected travel agent must also purchase hotel and ground arrangements based on recommendations from the K Fund office. Market and sell fan travel packages. Agent shall allow an exclusive travel package sales period for a list of individuals provided by UK Athletics. Following the exclusive period, the travel agent may open package sales to the public.
