AMENDMENT 0001:
For the purposes of this agreement, 1 Cubic Yard of aggregate, sand, or dirt is equivalent to 1.5 tons.
Note: Due to tight spacing, a double hauler will not be able to access the sites. A site visit is recommended to ensure that your delivery vehicle is suitable.
The proposal due date has been extended to 02:00 PM on 20 March 2023.
AMENDMENT 0001
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the delivery of sand and/or top soil. The Contractor shall provide and deliver Coarse Sand to Axtel Recreation Area, 663 South Highway 79, McDaniels, KY and/or Laurel Branch Recreation Area Beach, 435 Laurel Branch Road, McDaniels, KY. The contractor shall provide and deliver Group 2 or Group 3 topsoil to the Axtel Recreation Area listed above. Contractor shall provide rates per the attached price breakout schedule. Call shall be awarded by and authorized caller prior to deliveries being completed. No individual call placed by the authorized Government Purchase Card holders listed below shall exceed $10,000.00. The two (2) year max capacity of the agreement shall not exceed $100,000.00
One firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded from this solicitation.
