Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal is being issued on behalf of the University of Louisville to seek proposals from qualified financial institutions (Vendor) to provide a student refund solution associated with the Cardinal Card (the official University ID card). The vendor should provide information for a banking program with utilization of the ID card as a VISA/Mastercard branded debit card. Additionally, the Vendor will provide the University with automated disbursement of financial aid and other funds via the Cardinal Card. This new program is intended to reduce administrative costs, streamline business processes, increase customer service for students, bring new technology to the campus and eliminate significant costs and handling associated with the disbursement of all student account refunds
