Sidewalk walkways are to be cleared to a 4 foot wide path. Sidewalks include the public sidewalk around the perimeter of the property. Snow shall be plowed into piles in a manner to minimize the loss of parking spaces and not to impede traffic flow. The contractor shall respond at the work site within four hours to call-backs for snow and ice removal Issues.
