Unless otherwise specified the contractor is responsible for providing labor, appropriate snow removal equipment, and a Using Agency approved ice melt compound (must be applied IAW manufacturer's instructions) as needed to provide safe walkways from parking areas to the building entrances. Five foot (5) wide direct access pathways (from door to curb, plus handicapped ramps and curb cuts) shall be clear at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the business day (see Building LocationTable below). Thereafter all designated walkways must be fully cleared and maintained safe and passable throughout normal business hours.
