Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal of snow from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and entrances to Metro owned properties • Contractor will monitor conditions and mobilize whenever snow reaches the depth of two (2) inches as measured on the Metro premises or when drifting occurs. • Facilities Management will monitor weather conditions and coordinate with the contractor to determine when there is a need to mobilize prior to reaching the two (2) inch trigger. • Unless otherwise arranged, the Contractor will remove snow on building approaches. • This includes removing snow on sidewalks. Contractors should generally clear the building approaches up to the building entrance doors. • Salting shall be completed on parking lots, building approaches and sidewalks
