Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, construction staking and incidentals required to rehabilitate sidewalks in the Friendly Village Subdivision. The following work is for the removal and replacement of sidewalks per the OMPC Public Improvement Specifications, current edition: 4” sidewalk, curb and gutter, 6” sidewalk ramps, and ADA Detectable Warnings. The total amount of walk to be rehabilitated will vary depending on the Unit Price. If the total bid price for the sidewalk rehabilitation listed differs from the amount in the fund, then Daviess County Fiscal Court maintains the right to add and/or subtract sidewalk areas from this list in order to utilize the amount in the fund.
