Specifications include, but are not limited to: TANK: Minimum 600-gallon capacity, a high density, polyethylene tank to eliminate rust, corrosion and stress cracking. Tank shall be mounted on a trailer with stainless steel straps (nylon tie down straps not acceptable). Tank shall have minimum 2 1/2" fill port with screen, and sight (level) gauge.; BAFFLES: A sufficient number of internal baffles and stiffeners shall be provided in the tank to reduce liquid movement and distortion of the tank.; WATER PUMP: Positive displacement single acting triplex type with a capacity of at least 40 G.P.M. and a minimum 3000 PSI output rating. Water pump shall be enclosed. A strainer shall be installed in the suction line to prevent foreign material entering into the pump. Equipped with cold weather drain valves, allowing for the pump to be completely drained and an air purging system for winter storage. Controls for the water pump shall be located at the control panel.; ENGINE: Shall be equipped with a liquid-cooled industrial type diesel engine with a minimum of 74 hp. Shall be enclosed, equipped with louvered side access door(s) suspended on stainless steel hinges. The engine shall be equipped with a self-contained cooling system and equipped with the following as a minimum: Cold weather starting aid.; Minimum 15 gallon fuel tank; Rubber isolating mounts; Low oil pressure shutdown; High temperature shutdown; HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: The engine described in these specifications shall power the hydraulic system. System shall include a minimum 10-gallon tank, shut-off valve for maintenance and equipped with a spin on type filter.; HOSE AND REEL: Minimum 400’ of 3/4” high-pressure hose with a minimum burst pressure of 7,500 PSI, hose protector, mounted on a rear hose reel with a hose guide. Reel will rotate of 180-degrees minimum, be hydraulically powered in both directions with a flow control device to regulate the rotational speed of the reel in both directions. Hydraulic motor and all mechanical parts shall have a protective cover for operator safety. Shall be equipped with a footage counter located on the level wind with friction roller and hose guide.; NOZZLES: The following nozzles shall be supplied with each unit; one (1) Chisel Nozzle (Thrustinsert: 4x Ceramic M6, 20 deg. Forward-insert 4x Ceramic M4, 15 deg.), one (1) Grenade Nozzle (Rear jets @ 10 deg., 4 @ 30 deg. M10 Front Jet M10) and one (1) Tadpole Nozzle SH101 or equal.
