Server Hardware Specifications (Quantity: 5 Units) • Processor (CPU): Minimum 32 cores at 2 GHz or higher base clock speed. Multi-socket configurations are acceptable if they meet the core count and performance threshold. • Memory (RAM): Preferably 256 GB or higher. • Storage: Minimum 18 TB of usable storage capacity, configured to support multiple RAID groups (e.g., RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, or 10). Storage should be expandable and include appropriate controllers for RAID management. Solidstate drives (SSDs) are preferred. • Security Features: TPM 2.0 module for hardware-based security and encryption support. • Networking: At least one (1) 10 GbE (10 Gigabit Ethernet) NIC port. Additional ports or higher-speed options (e.g., 25 GbE) may be proposed as enhancements. • Form Factor and Mounting: Compatible with standard 4-post rack rails for installation in the City’s data center infrastructure. Rails must be included with each server. Server Software and Licensing • Operating System: Windows Server 2025 licensing sufficient to cover the total core count across all processors in each server. Licensing must be perpetual or include options for subscription-based models, with clear details on any ongoing costs.
