Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Louisville Office of Advancement (Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Development, Advancement Services) is seeking proposals from consultants/vendors to provide a highly efficient and effectiveplatform to cover the following services but not limited to crowdfunding, website development and management,data integration, event modules, online giving and engagement modules, digital engagement, and virtual messaging. The consultant/vendor will administer and partner with university advancement staff to provide thefollowing services:•Crowdfunding:comprehensive platform to handle all crowdfunding efforts including but not limited to: Dayof Giving, raiseRED Dance Marathon, individual campaigns, etc.•Content Management System (CMS):A CMS that allows multiple contributors to create, edit, and publishweb content without having to code from scratch but still has an HTML option for customizability. The system should allow for multiple interior and homepage templates, document and image management, access control, and should have a mobile and user-friendly interface. Key features of the CMS should includedynamic news articles and staff listings/directories.
