The contractor should assist the participants in the following: 1. Instruction to SBITAs: Define SBITAs, their characteristics, and how they differ from other IT arrangements 2. SBITA Identification: Learn how to identify contracts that meet the definition of SBITA. Assist in the identification of which agency owns the SBITA and who should report it. 3. Subscription Term Determination: Understand the factors that determine the subscription term, including renewals and termination options. 4. Implementation Cost: Understand which costs are capitalized and expensed as part of the SBITA implementation. 5. Q&A Session: Address participant questions and concerns. The training methodology should be the following: 1. Interactive Lecture: Present key concepts and principles through engaging lecture. 2. Hands-on Workshop: Review of the report on our potential SBITAs. Walk participants through their agency’s examples on how to report the SBITA on our closing package to reinform learning and provide opportunities for participants to apply knowledge through practical exercises. Deliverables should be: 1. Training materials: Provide participants with training materials including presentations and handouts. 2. Post-Training Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to participants after the training. In addition, provide assistance to verify the accuracy and completeness of the SBITA in the FYE 2025 closing package by August 1, 2025.
