Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide trucks under this contract that are capable of hauling a legal load of twenty (20) tons of salt within the state. All hauling assignments will be on designated AAA trucking routes. No out of state hauling will be performed. Provide trucks that are properly licensed and that have a qualified operator possessing a commercial driver's license (CDL). Operate the trucks in compliance with all-applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Furnish trucks that are in good mechanical working condition and that are fully operational, with all maintenance and repairs, including fuel and lubrication necessary for operation. In the case of an accident, perform all cleanups of spilled salt and reimburse the Department for all unusable salt resulting from the accident.
