The RCM shall: 1. DEPOSIT VERIFICATION AND CASH MANAGEMENT a. Review and verify deposits made into the Custodial and non-custodial accounts for the following type of payments. This includes cash and non-Lockbox check payment deposits. The deposits shall be supported by activity/reports from the TSP’s BOS. i. Payment of post-paid tolls ii.Payment of fees iii.Payment of prepaid tolls iv.Payments from interoperable agencies v.Movement of funds to/from “other” account b. Review and verify the amount transferred by TSP between the US Bank “Operating Account” and the respective US Bank “Cash Management” Custodial Accounts in accordance with the approved flow of funds and Custody and Revenue Control Manager Agreement. c. Review and verify the payments reported by TSP as being made to IAG “away” agencies reconcile with IAG reports from BOS and US Bank account statements. d. The RCM shall prepare semi-monthly Confirmation Certificates directing movement of all funds (revenue, receivables, payables, fees, refunds) between the Custodial and non-custodial accounts in compliance with the Custody and Revenue Control Manager Agreement. 2. RECONCILIATION REVIEW (Custodial Accounts) a. On a bi-monthly basis, the RCM shall verify through the monthly reconciliations completed by the TSP that the balance of the custodial account where customer deposits are held reconciles with the balance that is reported on prepaid toll accounts in the TSP’s reports as of month end, in addition to reconciling the reported starting balance with the remaining balances from the prior reporting period...
