Specifications include, but are not limited to: Extended Description Mentoring & Placement (AMP) Coordinators must be able to work flexible hours in an assigned region. Considerable in-state travel may be necessary to provide the services required. It is anticipated that 100 hours per month will be required to perform these services. AMP Coordinators will not work over the alloted 100 hours per month without prior approval from the Director of Bluegrass ChalleNGe Academy and total hours will not go over the contracted number of hours. It is desirable that the selected individuals live in the supported area, though not required. Experience and established contacts with agencies supporting the ChalleNGe effort in the supported area will weigh heavily in the final selection.
