Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.) Promote the Challenge Program and provide information to prospective applicants 2.) Develop, maintain, and correspond (in person, telephone, email, social media, letters, etc.) with a network of gatekeepers, sources of referrals, for at-risk youth including, but not limited to: Circuit Courts, school officials, mental health providers, and other state agencies to maximize recruits within the region. 3.) Commended and directed to recruit at least (100) persons to be accepted ChalleNGe applicants for each fiscal year’s two residential classes. 4.) Interview and determine applicant acceptability and ensure submission of a complete application for acceptability 5.) Address applicant questions and concerns prior to admissions
