To provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services to completely repair or replace multiple RWRA facility roof systems that were damaged during the 2025 Hailstorm. RWRA facility roofs with scheduled repairs/replacements are spread throughout Daviess County at Treatment Plants, Operations Building and Pump Station locations. Work will be completed at RWRA facility sites and roofing work shall be inclusive of roofing systems as scheduled for each facility complete with all underlayment, related flashings, copings, and misc. appurtenances, gutters, downspouts and/or misc. roof drain accessories. Roof repairs shall be made with materials that are compliant with existing manufacturers’ warranty systems. Roof replacements shall be completed with new CommercialGrade roofing systems, material type as specified in these documents and shall all be installed by manufacturercertified commercial roofing installers. All new roofs installed shall include a 20 yr No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty from the date of roof completion and shall receive a final inspection and certification by a manufacturer’s roofing inspector. The successful Bidder will be required to schedule and coordinate all work with Owner and the Owner’s Insurance Company to ensure complete and satisfactory repairs are made in accordance with insurance coverage limits, terms and conditions
