A. Disconnect existing server/switch and fiber terminations and equipment – set aside and protect. See Appendix A & B for photos of existing equipment and facility layout. B. Demo existing server rack complete in existing Equipment Room (601). C. Demo existing Cat5 communications plenum/wall cable runs from 601 switch gear to each office/drop telecom plate and ancillary device throughout JMO facility. D. Install new 42U network rack in Rm. 601 (rack to be provided by City of Owensboro IT – see pictures below). E. Re-install existing RWRA servers, switches, fiber terminations and ancillary equipment in new rack utilizing: 6” slim profile, snagless Cat6 patch cables and with new Cat6 Keystone, 2Hole, SG, PC connections. F. Install new Cat6e plenum cable communication wiring to each existing telecom plate through JMO facility to include shop connections with new Cat6 Keystone, 2Hole, SG, PC connections at each end. 1. Homerun ethernet cabling to active office personnel shall be phased sequentially to allow for no longer than 90min of network outage G. Install new Cat6e plenum cable communication wiring to new 23.6” x 23.6” x 14.6” – 6U network rack in Shop area location (6U Network Rack and existing Fiber run for connection to be supplied and installed by City of Owensboro IT).
