The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Department of Corrections (DOC) to develop specifications and bid documents as well as contract administration consulting services for the Kentucky State Penitentiary Repairs & Renovations. Work includes but is not limited to: structural repairs/replacement in all buildings, repair and/or replace elevator in Annex, window and door repair/ replacement for all buildings and environmental remediation (lead based paint, asbestos, etc.) for all buildings. Design Services shall provide budget/design for a new Maintenance/Motor pool Building, CERT Building and Armory Building.
