Specifications include, but are not limited to: VENDOR will perform the following services: Publish a quarterly magazine for the Kentucky State Board of Nursing (KBN). Magazine trim size, 8-3/8x 10-7/8 inches Saddle stitch binding. Approximately 32-pages 60# gloss text. Cover and interior will be 4-color process Quantity: Number printed per issue: 70,000 to 80,000 PER QUARTERLY ISSUE. VENDOR will provide graphic design and layout services, including scans. VENDOR shall be responsible for procurement of advertising, including contracting directly with third-party advertisers and collecting payment there from. VENDOR will provide all ad design and production. KBN will provide copy and artwork in electronic format to VENDOR (copy and artwork may be emailed in electronic format or mailed if necessary). A proof will be provided to the State prior to publication, VENDOR shall not print magazine until Board has approved the final proof
