The Commonwealth does not have a central art file for logos, etc. The vendor will be required to assist in designing artwork on a case-by-case basis. The Agency will provide an electronic copy of a logo design, text, or additional artwork needed for orders not designed by the vendor. The vendor may be asked to coordinate with a third-party agency to obtain artwork decided by the Agency. All artwork, logos, designs, and digitizing files created by the vendor for any order placed in accordance with the awarded contract, shall become the property of the Agency. The vendor will be required to provide proof of all first-time produced artwork, logos, or text within five (5) business days of receipt of each individual order. The proof will require written approval from the Agency prior to production. The vendor may also be required to provide a “sew out” for first-time embroidery designs/logos.
