: The Contractor shall provide rental and servicing of portable toilets at City facilities and remain oncall during City special events and emergencies. The Contractor shall provide and maintain emergency service response of the City’s facilities on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days per week basis, including all holidays. The Contractor must possess, and have readily available in functioning order, all required tools, equipment, apparatus, 3 facilities, and materials needed to perform all work necessary to maintain facilities in compliance with standards set by the City. Portable Restroom Trailer Servicing: The City has purchased a portable restroom trailer for use at various events and facilities. The Contractor shall provide servicing of this trailer on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to waste pumping/disposal, and/or cleaning of the waste tank. Costs for this service shall be included in the Cost Proposal as a separate line item, with pricing based on a per-service rate.
