Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Attend PCIS or similar programs (up to 6 seminars per year) for up to 5 days each. a. Day 1- Training Team arrival, introductions, team meeting, logistics discussions b. Day 2- Participant arrival, introductions, mental health assessments, discuss critical incident in large group c. Day 3 and Day 4- Instruct classes, break out into peer groups, one-on-one counseling with mental health professional d. Day 5- may be needed based on outcome of day four, mental health professional may be requested to act as advisory board member 2. Observe and note behaviors/reactions of participants of PCIS or similar programs. 3. Assess participants of PCIS or similar programs. 4. Conduct one-on-one sessions with participants. 5. Provide strength-based and solution-focused therapeutic services to participants. 6. Offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, or other therapy as appropriate. 7. Confer with other mental health professionals and peer team members at the PCIS or similar programs to determine the needs of the participants.
