Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisville Metro Emergency Services is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of USP Oxygen, Argon and Carbon Dioxide. All items will include the delivery to multiple locations in Louisville Metro and Jefferson County; Kentucky area. We are requesting quotes for both leasing as well as purchase of the listed size cylinders. Please note: Delivery of cylinders will be set up thru Louisville Metro EMS, or other Metro Agencies as required by need. Normal locations include, but are not limited to: • EMS Headquarters – 4106 Eastmoor Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 • Louisville Fire Department -1510 S Sixth Street Louisville KY 40208 (Fleet Maintenance Building) • Metro Health Department Locations. A delivery Schedule will be set up with the successful bidder. A 24-hour turnaround time is required on all non-scheduled deliveries. This contract will include pricing for 24 hour service for emergency situations that occur during the year. The supplier must be able to provide service during the following conditions, storms, (Rain and Snow, Ice) Power outages, or other catastrophic events that would affect EMS operations. The approximate monthly usage for Louisville Metro EMS is: C Cylinders 3 per month; D Cylinders 775 per month; M Cylinders 200 per month; H Cylinders 12 per month; Total 990 per month.
