Plumbing and Ongoing Services These services may include, but are not limited to: • Remove and replace electric water heater labor only (water heater to be supplied by owner) • Remove and replace gas water heater labor only (water heater to be supplied by owner) • Replacing sewer lines LF • Repairing sewer lines LF • Unclogging sewer lines LF • Repairing water lines LF • Replacing water lines LF • Running cameras • Running Jetter • Trip Charge b. Expertise and Experience Required A successful offeror: • Must have verifiable experience in plumbing services. • Must have the ability to meet all qualifications and ability to perform the work. • Must be able to provide onsite services in Louisville, KY with a 2-hour response time on emergency services and within 5 days on routine maintenance. • Be licensed to perform work within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. • Be fully licensed and compliant with all Federal, State and local laws. c.
