Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Kentucky Facilities Management has determined the need to upgrade their existing Microsoft Project Server 2007 (MSPS 2007) system to Microsoft Project Server 2013 (MSPS 2013). Additionally, the system should be setup to support additional Facilities Management Divisions after the existing upgrade which is used only by the Medical Center Physical Plant Division. The additional divisions being added are not part of the RFP but the site needs to be configured that these other divisions can be added as separate projects. The new site also needs to be setup so that it can be integrated with the Universitys SAP ERP system. SAP integration is not part of this RFP but configuration of the new MSPS 2013 should be setup with future SAP integration preparations.
