To procure professional architectural services to accomplish roof system replacements project at three buildings associated with the College: Allied Health Building at 750 North Lafoon, Madisonville, Ky; Technical Campus Office Building, 100 School Avenue, Madisonville, Ky; and, Shaver Building, 406 West Everly Brothers Rd, Central City, Ky. The first task of the design work will be to analyze the initial program statement and provide a building/site program for the new facility. KCTCS Office for Facilities Support Services desires that the new facility be designed with flexibility in mind since the need for education/ training in this facilities may change from current to subsequent years. KCTCS will need a facility that can be easily adapted to modulating training requirements.
