Specifications include, but are not limited to: e of Work Summary: The Louisville Free Public Library (LFPL) intends to contract with a single and/or multiple vendor to provide music CDs, spoken word media, and DVDs for adults, teens and children. Orders will be placed for Non-Book Materials in four formats: Blu-Rays, DVDs, music CDs and unabridged Spoken Word (on Compact Disc, Wonderbook and Playaway) to meet the recreational and educational needs of a large and diverse metropolitan area. Respondent shall demonstrate extensive successful experience supplying adult, teen and children’s media to support a 17-branch library system with collections in excess of 1,300,000 items. Respondent will be capable of product acquisition, cataloging, physical processing, bibliographic record creation, exporting of bibliographic records to the LFPL Polaris system and invoicing. Access to future inventory and current in-stock inventory must be made available for up to 15 selectors on a continuous basis for the duration of the contract period via an internet-based system. Additionally, paper and other electronic forms of selection lists must be provided upon request.
