Specifications include, but are not limited to: Street Located on the UofL Health Sciences Campus, the new Pediatric Medical Office Building represents new construction of approximately 171,000 sq ft occupying 8 floors. The PMOB will house outpatient general pediatric and pediatric medical and surgical specialty offices along with outpatient laboratory and radiology services, outpatient infusion services, outpatient cardiopulmonary testing, pediatric clinical research, and medical education services. This new building is connected via a skybridge on the 3 rd floor to an existing parking garage at 412 Chestnut Street. This Pediatric facility is currently under construction and the location of the outpatient pharmacy is established but not yet designed or constructed. Current construction schedule provides for an opening of this facility in Summer of 2018.
